To start using your card, please activate the card by simply following the steps below in your OKTO app:

1. Log in to your OKTO app
2. Tap on the ‘Cards & Bank Accounts’ icon in the footer bar
3. Select ‘OKTO Card’
4. Tap on the ‘physical card’
5. Go to ‘Settings’ and then “Activate Card’
6. Enter your 16-digit Card Number and the CVV
7. Press ‘Activate Card’

Please note that the PIN code is generated automatically online upon activation of the card.

To retrieve your PIN please follow the below steps:

1. Upon successful activation, proceed to retrieve your PIN
2. Press ‘PIN & Security’ and then ‘PIN’
3. You will be asked to verify ownership by entering the password of your OKTO app.
