If you’ve forgotten the PIN for your OKTO Debit Mastercard® you can retrieve your PIN by following the steps below:

1. Log in to your OKTO account.
2. Tap on the ‘Cards & Bank Accounts’ icon in the footer bar
3. Select ‘OKTO Card’
4. Tap on the ‘physical card’
5. Go to ‘PIN & Security’ and then ‘PIN’
6. You will be asked to verify ownership by entering the password of your OKTO app.
