I want to replace my card. How do I proceed with a replacement?

In case your card is damaged you can always get a new one! To get a replacement card, you have to follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your OKTO app
2. Tap on the ‘Cards & Bank Accounts’ icon in the footer bar.
3. Select ‘OKTO Card
4. Tap on the ‘Prepaid physical card’
5. Go to ‘Settings’ and then ‘Report Stolen / Lost’
6. Choose the option ‘Card Stolen’ or ‘Card Lost’ based on what applies to your case

Through this action, you declare your current card as stolen or lost and subsequently, you could proceed on reissuing a new one. In case of a lost and/or stolen card, a replacement card fee of 9,99€ applies.
